Say, I do not see the 8 way scroll anywhere for my new Omnimouse. Does that still work??

It looks like that is replaced with the OIP button. (Its one of the macros in the macro menu.) You press the OIP button, you move the mouse in a direction, and you get a command sent. Just like the 8 Way scroll, but you dont need the diagonal movements, just the 4 "straight" ones. The OIP can detect 2 quick movements in a row, and thats how you get so many commands, I think it has 22 (instead of 8).
Like left-right,
up-down,
up-right, and so on.

Hmm, I did not mess with that one much...wasn't sure what OIP means...

It stands for "One Inch Punch" as you only need an inch to make the moves.
Do you have the new content upgrade?

Just got off work...TGIF!!

Ok, I did download the new content pack but I cant access the macros.
They are there in the directory, but when I open the Macro thing, it doesn't show anything. No macros. Any ideas?

Um, make sure you have the macro file selected, on your configurator menu select properties from the confighuration drop down menu, then select the settings tab on the window. You will then see an option to select your macro file.
I beleive the one you want is macrofile.txt (but I could be wrong, I often am)

Once this is selected, you should see the macros when assigneding functions to buttons.

Hope this is it, one other thing is to download the new configurator if you don't have it. I was told by the kind people here that all the new macros don't work with the old configurator and they were right!

Now I see what you mean, there's a lot in that help window now with the macros. I'm guessing I could still get my 8 way scroll going too. I'm ruthless with that weapon changing wise. Heheh.
