When registering, make sure that you have submitted ACCURATELY your product serial number. We'd like to make sure that IDI Users enjoy the privilege and community of these forums, so we'll be checking the validity of serial numbers of aspiring registered users. Once your serial number is verified and unique, you'll receive a verification e-mail that will allow you to complete your registration.

If you are having trouble finding your serial number, there are several ways:
1. With your IDI Device plugged in, open the CU, and look for the serial number on the bottom bar of the CU window.
2. If you have ordered an IDI Device but have not received it yet, you can contact the manufacturer Good Work Systems to look it up for you. Contact them at office@goodworksystems.com and include your full name and from which distributor you purchased the product.
3. In special cases, such as for media, we at IDImama will grant you an honorary member status. Contact myself or Kimo via e-mail and plead your case.

Keep in mind that you will need to register in order to post or download attachments.

I would strongly suggest that you give your registration a once over. I registered, and seen no AMP as a product, and ignored it. Of course that was required data, so since I could not choose the AMP I picked something else and put in serial number of abc123.
